Penn Medicine

Linsey S. Chacko, CRNP

Linsey Chacko was born in India and raised in both Dubai and Seattle. She received her Master’s in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania. With over ten years of experience across inpatient hospital medicine, consultative medicine, and solid oncology, advanced practice education has always been at the forefront of her career.

Linsey spearheads onboarding for new-to-practice APPs and APP students on the hospitalist service, which includes a rigorous educational curriculum. As an active member of the APP Education Committee, she leads the annual APP Simulation Boot Camp, utilizing high-fidelity simulations. In addition to her clinical work, Linsey serves as clinical faculty at UPenn’s NP program, where she contributes to both didactic and clinical practicum. Linsey has a deep-seated interest in medical education, with a particular focus on framework development, clinical reasoning, and clinical remediation.

When Linsey isn’t at the hospital or in the classroom, she’s either in the kitchen cooking or exploring Philly’s food scene. She also stays active by chasing her three energetic kids, who keep her young at heart (and occasionally out of breath).
