Dr. Peter Yen is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Yen serves as a clinical coach in organization and efficiency within the internal medicine graduate medical education program. He practices at the at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and Good Sheppard Penn Partners. He joined the Section in 2017 and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include physician communication and medical education.
Dr. Yen earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
