Assistant Professor
Dr. Shane Warnock is a hospitalist or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Warnock practices at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He joined the Division in 2023 and currently serves as an Instructor in the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include medical education, operations, quality/patient safety and ultrasound.
Dr. Warnock earned his medical degree from the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA where he worked as a hospitalist prior to coming to Penn.
